Caring for your stainless steel jewelry is very simple:

Our gold jewelry uses a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) gold plating finish, which is much more resistant than standard gold plating. With proper care (avoiding chemicals, drying after contact with water), the color will last a very long time. To maximize longevity, remove your jewelry before sleeping, swimming, or intense sports.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in its packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form indicating your order number.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately by email or via our contact page, attaching a photo of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a free reshipment or a full refund, according to your preference, with no cost to you.
